Giuseppe Sciacca Award for Amira

On November 8th, in the Pontifical Urbaniana University in Vatican City, Amira received the International Giuseppe Sciacca Award 2014 for her extraordinary skills in the area of music and singing.

During the ceremony Amira again made the audience hold their breaths while listening to her beautiful singing. Afterwards end during the rest of the weekend, Amira -together with her family- enjoyed the nice weather and beautiful sights in Rome.

The Giuseppe Sciacca Award, which was created in 2001 by the International Association of Culture and Voluntary Work Uomo e Società (men and society) and is named after the young student of architecture, Giuseppe Sciacca, who was -during his short life- noted for his sporting activities and social concern.
