This week, the first excerpt of Amira during her fundraising concert in Lelystad (on November 19 2014) appeared on the web site of Stichting Gelukskinders, the foundation which was established in order to support Amira with her playgrounds-project in South Africa.
The revenue made with this concert, which also featured Paul Potts, is partially used to support Amira’s charity work through her foundation.
In this video, Amira sings O Mio Babbino Caro, accompanied by the Flevoland Youth Symphonic Orchestra, an orchestra consisting of young amateur musicians, who only had a few weeks to study and rehearse Amira’s music.
